What we collect and why

Waitlist data — your email address, and optionally your role and a short note about your use case. Purpose: to contact you when early access opens and to understand demand. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Pre-order data (if you purchase) — handled by our payment provider (see below); we receive confirmation and the information needed to deliver the service. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Technical / security data — standard server logs and anti-abuse signals (e.g. IP address). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service secure.

Processors we use

We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions under data-processing agreements (GDPR Art. 28), including: [Supabase] (database/storage), [Vercel] (hosting), Paddle (payments, as merchant of record), Vercel Web Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless usage analytics), and [email provider] (transactional email). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever is sooner. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase (Art. 17), restrict, object to (Art. 21) and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) — withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and does not affect prior lawful processing. To exercise any right, email beref@beref.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only what is strictly necessary to function and does not run advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures aggregate, anonymised page usage without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
