Pre-launch status

BeRef is in a pre-launch / validation stage. The product described on this site is under development; features, scope, timing and pricing may change. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on either side beyond what is described here.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we will contact you about early access and related updates. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Payments & plans

If you buy any paid plan (for example Proof Audit, Founder Pilot, Studio or Agency), payment is handled by our payment provider Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and issues your receipt. We will deliver the purchased service as described at checkout. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy; if we cannot deliver, you receive a full refund.

Honest-proof commitment

BeRef will not create fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or misleading logos, and you agree not to use BeRef to misrepresent proof. This is the core principle of the product — see Trust & Compliance.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or probe it, no unlawful or infringing content, no automated scraping beyond what robots rules allow.

Intellectual property

The BeRef name, content and design are owned by [Legal entity name]. You keep ownership of anything you submit.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is" during pre-launch. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for the free parts of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
